Advanced Solutions Group Pty Ltd have secured a new project to carry out remedial repairs to the external facade of the stair pods on a commercial building at 436-484 Victoria Road Gladesville for Dexus / CB Richard Ellis.
Our expert team will be carrying out the repairs using Industrial Rope Access to abseil down the external facade’s to remove and replace sikaflex expansion joints by abseil and concrete repairs requiring abseil contractors to remove damaged spalled concrete and clean internal corroded reinforcing to bare steel then coat with a specialised primer Sika MonoTop 610 then apply patch repairs mortar Sika MonoTop 615 CI then fninsh to suit existing profile and this is all performed using industrial rope access a mean to abseil any are of a building to carry out facade maintenance.
