Our expert team have now completed confined spaces works on a exhaust vent shaft that went down the entire length of the building height and our team abseiling down to carry sealing works as requested by client.

Our abseiling team are 70% complete of a internal riser exhaust confined spaces job where our team has to abseil down the vent shaft that is 350mm x 2000mm and needs special hauling gear to get our abseiler in and out of the cavity, this is due to the cavity having penetrations that allow the exhause gases through the wall that we will are sealing up.

Difficult Access Artwork Removal

Advanced Solutions Group successfully carried out a major difficult access artwork removal project recently, engaged by a prominent Australian Financial Group.

Our expert team of Abseilers and Riggers were able to successfully provide difficult access services to lower two very large Australian paintings down 23 floors via the lift shaft of one of Sydney CBD’s tallest buildings.

With experience in rope access rigging of all sorts, Advanced Solutions Group are able to provide you with services where you require large or small, fragile or valuable items to be relocated where other methods of removal and relocation are impossible.

Our client was unable to find any other company to carry out these works and we are proud to have provided them with our expert knowledge of abseiling and rope rigging to facilitate the relocation of very valuable artwork from their extensive collection.

Duct cleaning for Enviroair at Westfield Miranda

Our expert abseil contractors completed internal duct cleaning that require our specialised confined spaces certified abseilers to descend into the kitchen exhaust risers that have grease build up of the internal duct work and require scraping down back to steel. The team got very hot and dirty with this job they had to use full white coverall and when they returned to the surface they went from white to deep black and grease falling of them, but the job was completed sucessfully.

This works had to be completed at night as the kitchen exhaust was only off when then shopping centre closed.

We work closly with Enviroair for these sorts of difficult access jobs.
